Welcome to Tarot Man LLC's services, including the Tarot Man Podcast, Sage Oracle (also known as "the Sage" or "the Oracle"), and Tarot Reading App (collectively referred to as "Services"). Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our Services.

In no event shall Tarot Man LLC, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
10. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tarot Man LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
11. GENERAL PROVISIONS
